Our AliClad sliding systems use robust track and roller assemblies to support large door panels with controlled, smooth travel, creating the perfect complement to a living area. This configuration is often selected where swing clearance is restricted or where wide openings are required without projecting leaves. High-quality seals and precise frame tolerances help maintain weather resistance and energy efficiency in large-format glazing applications.
Our specially designed gaskets ensure airtight closure, with an air infiltration test reporting identical air tightness to our hinged door system — an extremely rare result in a sliding door operation. A multipoint locking system further enhances security, with three individually adjustable locking points with opposing upper and lower lock points, tested to withstand over 4kN of forced entry pressure. Flyscreens are included as standard on all sliding doors, which also offer sound insulation up to 44dB (dependent on glass specifications).
