AliClad hinged doors operate on precision hinge hardware and are commonly specified for side access, internal–external connections, and utility openings. With a focus on sealing integrity and repeatable manufacture, the system supports reliable closure and reduced air infiltration, with hardware and glazing options available to suit project-specific requirements.
Flyscreens are included as standard, and all hinged doors offer sound insulation up to 44dB (dependent on glass specifications). Outward swinging doors utilise concealed hinges as standard, whereas some internal swinging doors may require a more traditional barrel hinge. For added security and ventilation, Miglas hinged doors can be factory fit with Invisiguard Security Screens, powder-coated to match our AliClad frame.
